Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a Vice President, Financial Institutions and Correspondent Banking Relations to lead the development and management of strategic FI relationships and correspondent banking alliances. The role emphasizes extending the bank’s global reach and partnering with internal divisions to optimize cross-border banking activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology; Masters preferred.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in financial institutions and international banking.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic; strong relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with Financial Institutions and strengthen correspondent banking relations.
• Assist in implementing strategies to achieve targets and monitor KPIs for FI relations.
• Coordinate with international branches and perform travel to visit counterparty banks; ensure SLA compliance.
