Responsibilities

• Implements KPIs and best practices for the position.
• Oversees development and implementation of annual business plans by the Islamic Banking segments in International Banking to meet targets.
• Manages target budgets (deposits, financing deals, profits, expenses) in accordance with the Group’s strategy, monitoring with Islamic functions.
• Maintains and enhances relationships with regulators, auditors, and the Group Compliance function; builds relationships with related departments.
• Communicates approved strategy, plans, budgets, and policies to departmental heads; maintains internal control environment.
