Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a Senior VP of Sales to lead the team selling Qatari equities and fixed income to institutional clients globally. The role involves developing strategic client relationships, coordinating with Research and LP/Market Making, and driving revenue growth while overseeing customer service delivery.

The incumbent will build a high-performing sales force, manage complex deals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Admin (Masters preferred).
• 15+ years relevant experience, preferably in international banking.
• 8+ years leading a sales team in financial services; brokerage exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for QNBFS to institutional clients worldwide.
• Lead and grow the sales team, manage KPI delivery and pipeline.
• Build strategic relationships with C-suite executives and senior management.
• Oversee customer service delivery channels and ensure exceptional client experience.
• Represent QNBFS in roadshows, investor events, and marketing activities.
