Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of corporate banking experience.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong financial analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead structuring, credit processing, and execution of Global Structured Finance transactions.
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, Information Memorandums and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, compliance and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, project sponsors and market participants.
