Job summary

Chedi Hospitality in Doha seeks a guest-focused hospitality professional with 1–2 years in luxury dining or hotel service to join our Food & Beverage team.

You will welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure service standards are met, while using Micros POS and collaborating with colleagues to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or qualification in Hospitality or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage products, service standards, and restaurant operations.
• Experience with Micros or similar POS is an advantage.
• Professional appearance with grooming standards.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Flexible and able to work various shifts.

• Uses Micros/POS for order processing and billing.
• Presents bills accurately and handles payments securely.
• Performs cashiering duties when required and adheres to cash handling policies.
