Qualifications

• Diploma or qualification in Hospitality, F&B, Tourism Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage products and service standards.
• Experience with Micros or similar POS is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Positive attitude with ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Flexible and able to work various shifts.

• Demonstrates knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverages, promotions, and specials.
• Answers inquiries and offers suitable recommendations.
• Promotes and upsells food and beverages while remaining guest-focused.
• Keeps tables properly set, cleared, and reset per standards.
• Uses Micros/POS accurately for orders and billing.
• Presents bills and processes payments.
• Performs cashiering duties and handles cash securely.
• Follows Finance policies for cashiering and cash handling.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station and service areas.
• Communicates guest preferences and dietary requirements to relevant teams.
• Ensures guest requests are followed up timely and professionally.
• Supports GHM values and service culture in daily interactions.
• Maintains positive relationships and teamwork; supports colleagues during busy periods.
• Communicates with kitchen, bar, and other F&B colleagues for seamless service.
• Participates in departmental training and development.
