Responsibilities

• Deliver service in accordance with hotel brand standards and Forbes/LQA expectations.
• Provide a personalized, attentive dining experience and maintain knowledge of menus and beverage offerings.
• Maintain mise en place and ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Communicate guest preferences and dietary needs clearly to ensure exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Culinary and service teams to ensure smooth operations and VIP guest satisfaction.
