Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a senior Private Banking professional to lead UHNW client relationships, including royal and governmental clients, acting as the single point of contact for private banking services. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and cross-border expertise to drive growth and client satisfaction.

The incumbent will work with the Asset Management team to tailor investment strategies and ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining compliance and profitability

Qualifications

• University graduate in finance, business or economics with strong financial acumen.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant private banking experience across GCC and international markets.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing HNW/UHNW client relationships and delivering growth.
• Experience in developing and implementing private banking strategies and cross-border wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high value client relationships across UHNW segments including royalty and government officials.
• Coordinate with Asset Management to propose and monitor investment strategies aligned with client risk profiles.
• Develop and implement private banking sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Ensure SLA adherence and high service levels across internal departments and client touchpoints.
• Drive cross-referrals and ensure comprehensive private banking services are offered.
