Job summary

QNB Group in Doha seeks a seasoned Private Banking Senior Sales professional to manage UHNW relationships, including members of the Ruling Family and Government officials, and to deliver bespoke banking and investment solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of investment products, cross-border wealth management, and leadership of Private Banking sales teams across GCC and Europe; collaboration with Asset Management and Compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 12 years of Private Banking experience with GCC and international markets.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing HNW/UHNW client relationships.
• Strong leadership of Private Banking sales teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage UHNW client relationships including royal family and government officials.
• Coordinate with Asset Management to propose and monitor investment strategies.
• Lead cross-department SLAs to ensure priority servicing for Private Banking clients.
• Develop and implement private banking strategies to grow market share and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk frameworks.
