Job summary

Swisslinx Middle East seeks an experienced Head of Wealth Management to lead the wealth proposition for a Qatar-based bank. In this Unit Head role you will define the strategic direction of private banking, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards across the Qatari market.

You will oversee investment products and advisory solutions for HNW/UHNW clients, manage cross-border offerings, drive revenue, grow AUM, and mentor a high-performing team of product specialists and investment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Wealth Management or Asset Management.
• Experience with investment portfolios, cross-border solutions, and client suitability/regulatory frameworks.
• Arabic and English fluency mandatory for stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction of wealth management and investment offerings.
• Oversee product governance, risk, and client suitability assessments.
• Coordinate with Private Bankers, risk/compliance, and product providers.
• Drive revenue growth, AUM, and regional market penetration.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of product specialists and investment professionals.
