Job summary

Flip retail in Doha seeks a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder meetings. The role involves preparing materials, tracking decisions, and ensuring deadlines are met, with strong administrative support and data management skills.

The candidate should have 3+ years in a relevant field, experience in joinery, and be able to work independently or in a team. Immediate start and Qatar-specific work authorization (NOC/QID) preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a relevant area and must have worked in the joinery sector.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and discussion skills.
• Capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of jobs.
• Expertise in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of data management, transcription, as well as various other administrative treatments.
• Ability to deal with limited due dates.
• With NOC and also a valid QID.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and hours.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder conferences.
• Record and follow up on crucial activities and conference decisions.
• Prepare discussion materials for conferences.
• Ensure project target dates are met and tasks modified as needed.
• Provide administrative support and carry out tasks as needed.
• Develop a task monitoring calendar to satisfy goals and objectives.
• Chair and facilitate conferences and distribute minutes to staff.
