Job summary

ISS International Qatar WLL is looking for a Contract / Cost Engineer to be based in Mesaieed, Qatar. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining the contract lifecycle for high value and complex turnaround services, coordinating with Sr.

Engineers, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. The position involves developing cost databases, supporting budgeting processes, and assisting in the preparation of management information on turnaround performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10–15 years of direct and relevant experience.
• Experience in turnaround contracting and cost estimation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze scope of work and plan tendering/contract approaches.
• Develop cost databases and cost estimates for Turnarounds.
• Monitor cost forecast trends and report variances to management.
• Support annual budgeting and coordination with finance and planning teams.
