Job summary

People Dynamics is hiring an experienced TS Engineer (Technical Support Engineer) for a leading organization in Qatar. The role focuses on delivering Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users and maintaining desktop and IT systems in a fast-paced environment.

The contract position requires minimum 5+ years in Desktop Support/IT Technical Support, a IT-related degree or diploma, and strong troubleshooting, incident management, and ITIL skills.

• Install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and IT systems.
• Resolve technical incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance.
• Manage IT tickets, escalations, and follow-ups in accordance with ITIL processes.
• Diagnose recurring technical issues and recommend permanent solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ticket status reports.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Technical Support.

Education Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.

Skills Required:

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
