Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for Trucks and Buses Aftersales in Doha. You will coordinate servicing, maintenance and repairs, acting as the main link between customers and the workshop.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous Service Advisor experience with commercial vehicles, trucks or heavy equipment.
• Strong English communication and ability to explain technical information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify vehicle servicing and repair needs.
• Open and document service orders and communicate with workshop.
• Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals for repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts on repair progress.
• Provide regular updates to customers on service status and timelines.
