Zusammenfassung

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the FAMCO Qatar team in Doha. The role acts as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring customer service requirements are clearly understood and completed to high quality standards.

You will coordinate service and repair activities, provide updates to customers and support the workshop team in delivering an efficient aftersales experience.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or technical qualification in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience as a Service Advisor for commercial vehicles (trucks/buses/heavy equipment).
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnosis, preventive maintenance and repair procedures.
• Experience in an authorised dealership or structured aftersales environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service, maintenance and repair requirements.
• Open job cards and accurately record customer concerns, vehicle details and requested work.
• Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure that work is properly scheduled and completed.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of the required repairs, estimated costs and expected completion times.
• Obtain customer approval before proceeding with any additional work.
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles and promptly communicate any delays.
• Prepare estimates, invoices and other relevant service documentation.
• Ensure that completed work is reviewed before the vehicle is handed back to the customer.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
• Support the achievement of customer satisfaction, workshop productivity and aftersales revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company processes, safety requirements and manufacturer standards.
