Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL is seeking a Team Leader for the Training Cell, reporting to the Forward Maintenance Manager. You will design and update training toolsets, liaise with maintenance personnel, and lead the training team to ensure competency and compliance.

You will also assist in delivering induction and other regulatory courses, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to maintain high training standards within a maintenance environment in Dukhan, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Requires Typhoon aircraft knowledge/competency within own technical area.
• Engineering- HNC or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training cell and design/update toolsets for training requirements.
• Deliver induction, continuation, and safety training to staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and external agencies for training.
• Maintain training records to demonstrate competency and currency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (CAA, ITAR/ePw).
