Job summary

BAE Systems in Qatar seeks a Training Cell Team Leader responsible for designing and updating toolsets that identify training requirements and record completed training. You will liaise with maintenance personnel and managers to navigate available media and routes to demonstrate compliance and competency.

This role leads the training cell, ensuring personnel are competent and current for maintenance tasks, and assists in human factors and regulation courses during holidays where needed.

Responsibilities

• Updating training materials to reflect system changes and upgrades.
• Ensuring materials conform to configuration and standards.
• Establishing training schedules and delivery programmes.
• Developing training material for bespoke or new requirements.
• Delivery of Induction Training to all employees.
• Delivery of Continuation training, Manual Handling and Working at Height.
• Delivery of IMS Training as required.
• Maintaining training records to demonstrate competency and currency.
