Job summary

Qualifications

• Typhoon aircraft knowledge within own technical area.
• Engineering: HNC or equivalent experience.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and update toolsets to identify training requirements.
• Lead the training cell to ensure competency and currency.
• Deliver induction and ongoing training, including safety and regulatory courses.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Training Team Lead and external agencies for training.
