Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL in Dukhan, Qatar is seeking a Training Cell Team Leader. The role focuses on designing and maintaining toolsets that identify training needs and record completed training.

You will lead the training cell and ensure maintenance personnel demonstrate competence and current capabilities to perform tasks. You may assist during holidays with human factors and regulation courses.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of human factors and ergonomics in maintenance environments.
• Experience with continuous improvement processes and Lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and update training toolsets to identify training needs and record completion.
• Lead the training cell to ensure personnel are competent and compliant with regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel and managers to navigate training routes and demonstrate competency.
• Assist the training department during peak periods and holidays with required courses.
• Liaise with external agencies to arrange refresher training and record-keeping.
