Job summary

Qualifications

• Holder of ICAO/QCAA/EASA Aircraft Maintenance Licence with at least two aircraft type authorisations.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in aircraft maintenance and training.
• Certified under EASA Part 147 for relevant theoretical and practical training elements.
• Knowledge of QCAR/EASA Part 145/147/66 regulatory requirements.
• Strong command of English, meeting at least B1 CEFR proficiency level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver EASA/QCAR Part 147 theoretical training courses.
• Conduct analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of training courses.
• Prepare training materials for trainees.
• Deliver practical training using Maintenance Simulation Training Devices.
• Participate in creation of examination questions.
• Provide specialized technical training for Part 145 Maintenance Repair Organization.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all courses.
