Job summary

Power International Holding is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to design, implement, and continually enhance our total rewards program. You will lead compensation, benefits, job evaluation, and market benchmarking across a large corporate footprint.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights, ensure pay equity, and support annual salary reviews and incentive programs. GCC experience is a plus as we attract top talent in the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits.
• At least 5 years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Experience with job evaluation, salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• GCC experience is advantageous.
• Strong expertise in total rewards components, incentive plans and benefits.
• Experience with HRIS systems, SAP HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Total Rewards strategies, policies, and programs.
• Conduct job evaluations using recognized methodologies and internal benchmarking.
• Perform market benchmarking, salary surveys, compensation analysis, and cost modeling.
• Develop recommendations for salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs based on market trends.
• Ensure internal pay equity and external market competitiveness.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive programs.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor compensation trends, labor market movements, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with compensation policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, job evaluation, and recognition programs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using HR analytics and statistical tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve Total Rewards processes, policies, and employee experience.
