Job summary

Confidential in Doha is seeking a Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst to support compensation, benefits, and total rewards initiatives, ensuring competitive and consistent practices across the organization. You will conduct salary benchmarking, analyze salary structures, and assist with annual reviews and incentive processes.

The role requires 2–4 years in compensation/HR analytics, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills - both written and spoken.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
Proactive, organized, and able to plan and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

Support compensation and benefits analysis and related HR projects.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to assess competitiveness.
Analyze salary structures, job levels, pay ranges, and compensation data.
Support annual compensation reviews, salary adjustments, and incentive processes.
Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Maintain accurate and confidential compensation and employee data.
Support the development and implementation of total rewards policies and practices.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on compensation-related matters.
