Job summary

Assets Group is seeking a senior compensation professional to own the job evaluation and compensation architecture in Doha. You will maintain a market-aligned grading system, ensure internal equity, and drive data-driven reward decisions across governance, JD writing, and reporting.

You will lead calibration, market benchmarking, and salary structure design by grade and country, while partnering with HR, Finance, and FP&A to align budgets and headcount plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or finance; Master’s preferred.
• 6–10+ years in Compensation/Total Rewards with hands-on job evaluation.
• Experience with Hay/Korn Ferry and certification preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS).
• Knowledge of GCC/Qatar labor law and regional market practices.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own job evaluation and compensation architecture end-to-end.
• Maintain job catalogue, family matrix, and career levels.
• Lead JD changes, run calibration with HRBPs and leaders.
• Design salary structures by grade and country.
• Conduct market benchmarking and advise salary movements.
• Run compa-ratio, range penetration, and pay equity analyses.
• Design merit/increment cycles; manage approvals with Finance & HR.
• Prepare costings and scenario modeling for changes.
• Partner with FP&A on manpower budgets and org design.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS and handoff to Payroll.
