Qualifications

• Aruba ACMA/ACSA or Cisco CCNA credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Advanced diagnostics at system, application, and infrastructure level.
• Root‑cause analysis for major incidents; own permanent fixes.
• Configuration, firmware, and software maintenance; coordinate upgrades.
• Preventive maintenance and predictive monitoring.
• Maintain design documents, SOPs, and knowledge base; mentor Level‑2 staff.
• Provide technical assessment to Change Advisory Board.
• Perform Level‑2 diagnosis, hardware swaps, and escalate design issues.
