Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to provide advanced diagnostics across system, application, and infrastructure levels in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 7+ years of senior network engineering experience with Aruba or Cisco certifications and ITIL Foundation. You will lead troubleshooting, firmware strategy, and major change initiatives within the Doha, Qatar footprint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years senior network engineering experience.
• Aruba ACMP/ACEP or Cisco CCNP certification is required.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced diagnostics at system, application and infrastructure level.
• Perform root-cause analysis for major incidents and own the permanent fix.
• Open and manage OEM back-to-back support cases under the same ticket and SLA clock.
• Own configuration, firmware and software maintenance and coordinate manufacturer releases and upgrades.
• Own the preventive-maintenance procedures and predictive monitoring for the system.
• Maintain the design documents, SOPs and knowledge base: mentor and sign off Level-3 competence.
• Provide technical assessments to the Change Advisory Board for changes to the system.
• Own network design-level troubleshooting, firmware strategy, capacity and major change: lead Aruba/HPE back-to-back.
