Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a senior network engineer to provide advanced diagnostics across system, application, and infrastructure layers. You will own root-cause analysis and permanent fixes, manage OEM back-to-back cases, and coordinate firmware/software upgrades with manufacturers.

Required qualifications include Aruba ACMP/ACEP or Cisco CCNP, and 7+ years of hands-on experience. You will also mentor Level-2 staff, maintain documentation, and drive incident resolution within SLA.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced diagnostics at system, application and infrastructure level.
• Carry out root-cause analysis for major and recurring incidents and own the permanent fix.
• Open and manage OEM back-to-back support cases under the same ticket and SLA clock.
• Own configuration, firmware and software maintenance and coordinate manufacturer releases and upgrades.
• Own the preventive-maintenance procedures and predictive monitoring for the system.
• Maintain the design documents, SOPs and knowledge base; mentor and sign off Level-2 competence.
• Provide technical assessment to the Change Advisory Board for changes to the system.
• Own network design-level troubleshooting, firmware strategy, capacity and major change; lead Aruba/HPE back-to-back.
