Job summary

Lusail International Circuit is seeking an experienced Ticket Controller to oversee controlled ticket inventory, allocations, distribution records and reconciliation with high accuracy, confidentiality and accountability.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Ticket Controller. The role requires hands-on experience in managing controlled ticket inventory, allocations, distribution records and reconciliation, with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate control of ticket inventory throughout the ticketing lifecycle. Verify ticket quantities, categories, references and allocation records. Administer controlled allocations, releases, changes and distribution requirements. Maintain complete and accurate ticket movement and reconciliation records. Identify and resolve inventory, allocation and distribution discrepancies. Maintain ticketing trackers and provide accurate status and reconciliation reporting. Support time-sensitive ticketing requirements while maintaining strict control and accuracy.

Job Specs

Candidates should have:

3-5 years of direct experience in ticket control, ticket inventory, ticket fulfilment, hospitality ticketing or a closely comparable function. Hands-on responsibility for physical and/or digital ticket inventory, allocation, distribution and reconciliation. Experience supporting major sporting events, international events, premium hospitality or high-volume controlled ticketing environments. Experience with VIP, corporate, sponsor, hospitality or other controlled ticket allocations is highly desirable. Strong Excel and ticketing/reporting tracker skills. Demonstrated ability to work with high-volume, detail-sensitive records where allocation errors may have operational or commercial consequences. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under significant time pressure. Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.

Experience limited to general event operations, ticket sales, box office/customer service, ushering, accreditation, hospitality operations or event staffing will not be considered directly relevant unless the candidate has also held responsibility for ticket inventory control and reconciliation.

Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Candidates with highly relevant specialist ticketing experience may also be considered.

Additional Requirements Currently based in Qatar with a valid Residence Permit (QID). Able to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC), where required, for the duration of the assignment.
