Job summary

Lusail International Circuit is seeking an experienced Ticket Controller to oversee controlled ticket inventory, allocations, distribution records and reconciliation with high accuracy, confidentiality and accountability.

The role requires 3-5 years of direct experience in ticket control, with hands-on responsibility for physical and/or digital ticket inventory, allocation, distribution and reconciliation; excellent Excel and reporting tracker skills are essential; fluency in Arabic is an added

Qualifications

3-5 years of direct experience in ticket control, ticket inventory, fulfilment or closely related function.
Experience with large-scale events, premium hospitality or high-volume controlled ticketing.
Strong Excel and ticketing/reporting tracker skills.
Experience with VIP/corporate/hospitality ticket allocations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate control of ticket inventory throughout the ticketing lifecycle.
Verify ticket quantities, categories, references and allocation records.
Administer controlled allocations, releases and distribution requirements.
Maintain ticket movement and reconciliation records and reporting.
Identify and resolve inventory, allocation and distribution discrepancies.
