Job summary

Knauf GCC is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain, based in Qatar. You will drive growth by developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and leveraging technical expertise to match solutions to customer needs.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product development, and dealers. Travel 20–25% across the GCC to expand business and report on performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical field (Civil/Architecture).
3-7 years experience in technical sales.
Construction industry experience, drywall preferred.
Proficiency with CRM tools.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willing to travel across the GCC (Kuwait & Bahrain).
Arabic fluency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and analyze sales performance.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and dealers to meet customer needs.
Provide product demonstrations and make technical recommendations.
Monitor and report sales metrics to management; forecast sales projections.
Travel across GCC as required to support key accounts.
