Job summary

Nebras Energy seeking a Technical Learning & Development Senior Officer with an engineering background to oversee specialized training for recruits and staff at our energy facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years in L&D/Training roles within the Energy or Power sector is essential.
• Experience in building, designing, and developing training programs.
• Familiarity with Lotus Notes is an advantage.
• English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience working within the Gulf (GCC) area is a plus.

About the Role
