• Passion for TCGs and familiarity with Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG, Pokémon, and sports cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
• Basic understanding of retail sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• Willing to learn social media management, online orders, and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, delivering friendly, professional service.
• Advise on TCG products including Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG, Pokémon, and sports cards.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Submit daily sales reports and track store performance.
• Monitor inventory and arrange timely replenishments.
• Assist with social media posts, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Pack and dispatch online orders accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with team to hit store targets and maintain a great shopping experience.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and well-stocked.
