Job summary

The Art of Cardz in Doha, Qatar is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate loves Trading Card Games and provides outstanding customer service while learning social media, online orders, and inventory management.

You will greet customers, recommend products, handle sales at the POS, track daily sales, keep stock replenished, assist with online orders, and contribute to a friendly, organized store environment. Evenings and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Passion for TCGs and familiarity with Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG, Pokémon, and sports cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic retail sales principles and cash handling.
• Willingness to learn social media management and online orders.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with excellent service.
• Provide expert advice on TCG products.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory levels.
• Assist with social media posts, promotions, and engagement.
• Assist in packing and dispatching online orders.
• Collaborate with team to reach store targets.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and well-stocked.
