AOC in Doha is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, process transactions, and support store presentation. You will help customers with product knowledge, maintain merchandising standards, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

This entry-level, full-time, on-site role requires punctuality, teamwork, and enthusiasm for games such as Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other trading card games.

Qualifications

• Role requires delivering outstanding customer service and processing transactions.
• Strong product knowledge and merchandising standards are expected.
• Vibrant communication with customers and ability to upsell when appropriate.

Responsabilités

• Maintain punctuality and uphold a professional work ethic.
• Open and close the store in coordination with the team.
• Welcome customers with knowledge and enthusiasm about Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other TCG products.
• Process sales transactions including cash, card, and digital payments via the POS system.
• Replenish displays and ensure Visual Merchandising standards are followed.
• Assist with pricing and re-pricing using pricing tools and applications.
• Support monthly inventory counts with Storekeeper.
• Maintain tidiness on the sales floor, trading cave, snacks area, and cashier counter.
• Support in-store events, weekend tournaments, and special campaigns.
• Ensure proper cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Inform management about key community developments from the TCG community.
• Assist with social media management and content creation as needed.
