Job summary

Doha Quest in Doha Oasis seeks a Talent & Development Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver learning initiatives that boost organizational performance and colleague growth. You will oversee training needs analysis, program development, delivery, evaluation, and ensure training compliance.

Collaborating with department leaders, you will identify capability gaps and craft targeted learning solutions to elevate service standards and guest experiences in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development in hospitality/theme parks.
• Design, coordinate and deliver training programs.
• Experience in onboarding, service excellence, leadership and compliance training.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; engage colleagues at all levels.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and translating them into practical training.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development working in the hospitality/theme park industry.


• Strong experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs.


• Experience in onboarding, service excellence, leadership, and compliance training.


• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.


• Strong understanding of hospitality and guest service standards, with the ability to translate standards into practical training.


• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
