Job summary

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager - Learning & Development to drive the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that boost colleague performance, engagement, and career growth.

You will coordinate learning initiatives, facilitate sessions, ensure compliance training, and support talent development while upholding Hyatt's standards and culture of continuous learning across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or similar in hospitality.
• Experience designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of talent development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence, coach, and build relationships across all levels.
• Hyatt brand standards training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
