Qualifications

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure all parties are informed.
• Serve as the primary candidate communications contact and provide timely updates.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and the company career page; assist sourcing.
• Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information and status; track recruitment metrics.
• Support onboarding by coordinating background checks and new hire paperwork.
• Assist recruiters with drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and shortlisting.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with policies and legal regulations; maintain confidentiality.
