Qatar National Import and Export Co. is seeking an organized recruiter to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support sourcing efforts. The role will maintain the ATS, track metrics, and help with onboarding and compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, have 1+ year in talent acquisition, and are proficient with ATS software and HR tools. Strong written and verbal communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure all parties are informed.
• Serve as the primary candidate communications contact and provide timely updates.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and the company career page; assist sourcing.
• Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information and status; track recruitment metrics.
• Support onboarding by coordinating background checks and new hire paperwork.
• Assist recruiters with drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and shortlisting.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with policies and legal regulations; maintain confidentiality.
