Job summary

Qatar Fabrication Company is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support onboarding, documentation, and agency management for new hires in Ras Laffan, Qatar. You will ensure accurate records, compliant processes, and smooth onboarding experiences.

Work will be on-site with a focus on documentation, reporting, and coordination with agencies, IT, and HR to deliver timely recruitment services and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support with onboarding focus.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding support: manage end-to-end onboarding, docs, offers, and compliance forms.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, and other departments to set up workstations, accounts, and training schedules.
• Manage recruitment documentation: maintain candidate files, interview feedback, offers, and contracts in physical and digital formats.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies to ensure timely submissions and compliant vendor agreements.
• Prepare and review invoices related to recruitment services; track expenditures and assist budgeting.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports on time-to-hire, agency performance, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection; audit recruitment files periodically.
• Maintain clear candidate communication during onboarding and address queries promptly.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements for onboarding services and ensure timely onboarding of resources.
• Provide general admin support to the TA team and assist with events and special projects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
