Kitopi is seeking a Sushi Chef for one of its Satellite Kitchens in Qatar. You will prepare maki, nigiri, and sashimi, follow recipes, and ensure quality and consistency across orders.

The role requires energy, teamwork, and strict adherence to food safety procedures. Previous Sushi Chef experience is essential; QSR background is a plus. Kitopi offers a fast-paced, inclusive workplace in Doha.

Qualifications

• Previous Sushi Chef experience is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of sushi types and rolling techniques.
• Experience in a Quick Service Restaurant environment is a plus.
• Strong emphasis on teamwork and high standards of product quality and cleanliness.
