Job summary

Kitopi is seeking staff for its central kitchen in Doha. You will uphold food standards, ensure recipe accuracy, and maintain production quality while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires reliable teamwork, good English, and a proactive approach. Expect long shifts, strict hygiene, and adherence to Kitopi procedures as you support multiple brands in a dynamic food-tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume catering environments.
• Strong communication, proactive and reliable.
• Good level of English.
• Quick Service Restaurant background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards, recipes, and food consistency in the central kitchen.
• Check schedules and attend daily trainings.
• Prepare daily production according to plan.
• Establish par stock to avoid overproduction.
• Organize coolers and freezers per food safety standards.
• Ensure equipment is in working condition.
• Record temperatures and take action when needed.
• Maintain quality and appearance of prepared foods.
• Follow cleaning and rotation procedures.
• Work hours as required, typically at least 48 hours per week.
• Follow Kitopi standards.
