Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT/digital/enterprise strategy or EA.
• MBA preferred.
• TOGAF or EA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of strategy development, business cases, and EA principles.
• Experience with market assessments, benchmarking, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, planning, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Are you an experienced Strategy Specialist with a strong background in IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture?

We are looking for a Strategy Specialist to shape and drive the organization's IT and digital strategy, develop strategic roadmaps, and monitor the implementation of key initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and long-term organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and continuously enhance the organization's IT and digital strategy, strategic roadmaps, and investment business cases.
• Conduct market research, technology assessments, and industry benchmarking to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives and technology investments to ensure alignment with business priorities and organizational objectives.
• Monitor the progress and delivery of strategic initiatives, tracking associated benefits, performance indicators, and KPIs.
• Prepare strategic reports, executive briefings, and management- and board-level presentations.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and technology investment planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT strategy, digital strategy, corporate strategy, or enterprise architecture.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
• Certifications: TOGAF or other recognized strategy / enterprise architecture certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of strategy development, business case preparation, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience conducting market assessments, technology benchmarking, and strategic performance monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, business planning, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Previous experience in management consulting or strategy consulting is preferred.
