Confidential is seeking an experienced Strategy Specialist to shape and drive the organization’s IT and digital strategy in Doha. The role involves developing strategic roadmaps, monitoring initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term priorities.

Responsibilities include market research, benchmark analysis, and preparing executive reports for senior management and the board. Strong analytical and communication skills, plus a background in IT strategy or enterprise

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT/digital/enterprise strategy or EA.
• MBA preferred.
• TOGAF or EA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of strategy development, business cases, and EA principles.
• Experience with market assessments, benchmarking, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, planning, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance IT and digital strategy, roadmaps, and investment cases.
• Conduct market research, tech assessments, and benchmarking to identify trends.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, tracking benefits and KPIs.
• Prepare strategic reports, exec briefings, and board-level presentations.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to translate priorities into plans.
• Provide insights to support decision-making and technology investment planning.
