• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership in large-scale enterprises.
• Experience in automotive dealership, distribution, or retail groups is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record delivering digital transformations.
• Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholders and board influence.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, governance, and cloud-focused operations.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with growth, ops excellence, and customer experience goals.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programs across digital showroom initiatives, omnichannel journeys, aftersales automation, and data analytics enablement.
• Direct the evolution of core systems around SAP S/4HANA, SAP VSS, Salesforce, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Establish governance, risk, and cyber security frameworks; ensure business continuity and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Oversee IT budgeting, CapEx/OpEx, vendor governance, and strategic sourcing to maximize ROI.
• Mentor and scale a cross-functional technology organization fostering business partnership and accountability.
