Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT and digital transformation initiatives in Qatar. You will ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality while following our governance framework.

The role requires 12+ years of PM experience, PMP or PRINCE2, and proven ERP/IT infrastructure delivery; Oil & Gas exposure is a plus. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in project management, IT and digital project delivery.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Experience delivering ERP, IT infrastructure, or OT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
• Prepare and present project status reports to steering committees and senior management.
• Apply the company's project governance framework, stage-gate processes, and reporting requirements.
• Manage change control, project risks, issues, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and closure in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in IT and digital project delivery.
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Proven experience delivering ERP, IT infrastructure, or Operational Technology (OT) projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource management, and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project management tools.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas (O&G) industry is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
