Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking a Head of IT Staffing & Managed Services to drive business growth, nurture strategic client relationships, and lead operations across staffing, outsourcing and managed services.

You will steer revenue expansion, strengthen service delivery, and ensure profitability through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance management at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, or related discipline; MBA or relevant Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years experience in IT Staffing, IT Manpower Outsourcing, Managed Services, or IT Services Business Management.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic account management in IT services.
• Experience managing IT staffing operations, outsourced technical resources, and large client engagements.
• Led managed services operations with SLA/KPI-driven engagements and strong contract negotiation and pricing experience.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, revenue forecasting, cost management and profitability mindset.
• Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams, client portfolios and business operations.

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Head – IT Staffing & Managed Services to lead business growth, strategic client relationships, and operational excellence across IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, and managed services operations.The successful candidate will play a pivotal leadership role in driving revenue growth, expanding the client portfolio, strengthening service delivery capabilities, and ensuring sustainable business profitability through strategic planning, effective stakeholder engagement, and operational performance management.
