Job summary

Taameer Group is seeking a Tender Specialist to manage end-to-end tendering, coordinating with internal teams and clients to prepare competitive submissions. Responsibilities include handling documentation, deadlines, and commercial responses to support Management and the Commercial Department.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and 5–7 years in tendering or bid coordination, with strong MS Office skills and excellent organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of relevant tendering or bid coordination experience.
• Experience in tender documentation, bid prep, and commercial submissions.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong numerical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain tender documentation.
• Review invitations, requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
• Prepare tender correspondence and consolidate client inquiries.
• Coordinate with PM, Technical, Finance, and Commercial teams for information.
• Receive, register bids, and maintain tender records.
• Monitor bid bonds, guarantees, and related documents.
• Coordinate responses to client/tender queries with teams.
• Compile technical and financial deliverables.
• Prepare post-tender clarifications and commercial responses.
• Maintain database of tender opportunities, deadlines, and outcomes.
• Prepare tender reports, summaries, and status updates for Management.
• Prepare presentations for management meetings and reviews.
• Ensure submissions are accurate and timely.
• Maintain filing and confidentiality of tender information.
