Job summary

The Tender Specialist at taameergroup will manage the end-to-end tendering process, coordinating with internal teams to prepare competitive and compliant submissions. You will ensure timely delivery and maintain documentation accuracy across bids.

This role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant tendering experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and deadline-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain tender documentation and provide administrative support throughout the tendering process.
• Review tender invitations, requirements, specifications, and submission deadlines.
• Prepare tender-related correspondence, forms, and documentation and consolidate client inquiries.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Technical, Finance, and Commercial teams to obtain the required information for tender submissions.
• Receive and register bids and ensure all tender documents are properly recorded and maintained.
• Monitor bid bonds, tender guarantees, performance guarantees, and other related documentation.
• Coordinate responses to client and tender queries in consultation with the Project Management and Commercial teams.
• Compile technical and financial deliverables for tender submissions.
• Coordinate and prepare post-tender clarifications, commercial responses, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain an organized database of tender opportunities, submissions, deadlines, and outcomes.
• Prepare periodic tender reports, summaries, and status updates for Management and the Commercial Department.
• Prepare presentations and supporting materials for management meetings and tender reviews.
• Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and submitted within the required deadlines.
• Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of tender and commercial information.
