Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, assess and hire top talent across diverse functions. You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners to design proactive recruitment strategies and build strong pipelines for current and future opportunities.

The role requires advanced knowledge of recruitment methodologies, strong interviewing skills, and experience with SAP ERP and ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of working experience, 5 years of relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field; SPHRi or PHRi is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, SAP ERP, employer branding, and diversity recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with hiring managers to provide recruitment expertise.
• Drive sourcing strategies to identify and pipeline top talent.
• Lead the talent acquisition process from needs analysis to candidate shortlisting.
• Provide market intelligence on hiring trends and competitive benchmarks.
• Manage vendor partnerships for complex searches and cost control.
• Create monthly recruitment metrics reports for HR leadership.
