Estithmar Holding Group in Qatar seeks an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in structural steel fabrication and PEB projects across Qatar and the GCC. You will identify opportunities, secure projects, manage key accounts, and support sales targets with strong technical and commercial acumen.

The role requires deep knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection processes, and a proven ability to work with Class A fabricators. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in structural steel fabrication and PEB projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with engineering and estimation teams.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award.
• Maintain and expand the customer portfolio with high client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project handover and execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive company growth.
