Job summary

Snoonu is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist in Doha, Qatar to own the backend of our Retail Media stack (Topsort). You will ensure flawless execution, optimization, and monetization of digital campaigns across banners and sponsored products.

You will collaborate with Account Managers to troubleshoot issues, optimize pacing, and improve client delivery through data-driven insights. The role demands a technical mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate leadership strategy

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Retail Media backend technologies (such as Topsort or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate system and bidding data.

Responsibilities

• Campaign orchestration & implementation: support coordination of incoming briefs and setup.
• Technical troubleshooting & diagnosis: act as primary technical contact for AMs to investigate anomalies.
• Pacing & yield optimization: monitor live campaigns to ensure optimal budget delivery.
• Performance engineering: analyze data to identify why listings or placements are losing bids and propose solutions.
