Job summary

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join our HR team in Doha, Qatar. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with department heads, and ensure timely, compliant hiring aligned with workforce plans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruitment and onboarding, 2+ years of leadership experience, strong communication, and fluency in English; Arabic is mandatory. You will drive sourcing strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment and onboarding experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies across channels (portals, social, referrals).
• Monitor KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Collaborate with department heads to align with workforce needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
